False Eyelashes are made from sterilized human hair for the most natural look.

• Extremely light and comfortable to wear. Eyelashed can be reused when applied with care.
• Eyelashes can be trimmed to fit the contour of your eyes.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

How do i place an order? :
There is a form at the HOME page. Fill in all the details and submit the form. After which, the form will be send to us and we will email you a payment advice within 24 hours.

What are the mode of payments Beauty Doll accepts? :
Currently, we only accept POSB/DBS internet banking and ATM transfer, Interbank transfer.

Why do i need to take a clear snapshot of my ATM transaction receipt or provide you with my ibanking nick? :
This is the only way that we can track your payments. We strictly require a snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt as on our side, it is noted ATR with date only. Therefore, if there are multiple transfers in a day, there is simply no way that we can verify it other than referring to a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt.

How will my items be mailed to me? :
Beauty Doll posts all purchased items through Singpost. Customers can choose to use either normal or registered postage to have their items delivered. For registered parcels, there will be a tracking number issued by Singpost and will be updated upon needed.

What is the difference between normal and registered postage? :
Normal postage is being send like a normal regular letter to your mail box. Buyers would have to bear the risks of lost mails as its almost impossible to track back a lost mail via normal postage.

For registered postage, there will be a standard charge of $3.00 required from us. All registered parcels comes with tracking numbers so customers can track their parcels should they fail to receive their parcels within 3 working days. Registered parcels are being send directly to the recepient's door step.
